How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • You will support the planning and execution of strategic global HR projects (e.g., diversity & inclusion), collaborating cross teams and countries
  • You will shape the employee experience at ALDI SOUTH and improve employees work environment sustainably
  • You will aid the creation and design of concepts, processes and frameworks centered around diversity & inclusion, employee experience and organisational change
  • You will play an active role in executing initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and foster a positive overall experience
  • You will prepare workshops, steering of meetings, and coordination with international stakeholders

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

  • You have completed a study in the field of HR, Business Administration or similar
  • You have relevant work experience in international HR projects, ideally with focus on people and culture related topics
  • You have advanced planning, conceptualisation and communication skills
  • You are self-driven, resilient and open minded in a dynamic environment
  • You are comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving settings
  • You are fluent in the English language

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*

  • willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
