How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

You will support the planning and execution of strategic global HR projects (e.g., diversity & inclusion), collaborating cross teams and countries
You will shape the employee experience at ALDI SOUTH and improve employees work environment sustainably
You will aid the creation and design of concepts, processes and frameworks centered around diversity & inclusion, employee experience and organisational change
You will play an active role in executing initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and foster a positive overall experience
You will prepare workshops, steering of meetings, and coordination with international stakeholders

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

You have completed a study in the field of HR, Business Administration or similar
You have relevant work experience in international HR projects, ideally with focus on people and culture related topics
You have advanced planning, conceptualisation and communication skills
You are self-driven, resilient and open minded in a dynamic environment
You are comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving settings
You are fluent in the English language

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300*

willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
