Fincons is looking for a AI & ML Specialist


We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Specialist with practical experience in designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning models and large language models (LLMs) within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The candidate will support the enhancement of existing systems and APIs by integrating AI-driven solutions, leveraging platforms such as Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI for intelligent analytics and automation.


🔹 AI & Machine Learning

  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Supervised and unsupervised learning
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or deployment of models like GPT, T5, or BERT
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks:
  • scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, transformers, spaCy
  • Experience with model lifecycle management and MLOps practices.

🔹 Microsoft Azure Ecosystem

  • Advanced experience with:
  • Azure Machine Learning (model training, tracking, deployment)
  • Azure OpenAI Services (GPT models, embeddings, cognitive services)
  • Azure Functions, Azure API Management, and Azure Logic Apps
  • Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, and Databricks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric for managing AI-infused data products.

🔹 API & System Integration

  • Experience integrating ML/LLM models into APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Able to design and expose models as scalable, secure endpoints.

🔹 Power BI & Analytics

  • Working knowledge of Power BI, particularly for:
  • Visualizing model outputs and predictions
  • Creating AI-augmented reports and dashboards
  • Ability to collaborate with BI teams to align model insights with business KPIs.


Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with CI/CD for ML (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI, data privacy, and explainability
  • Understanding of vector databases and embedding-based search
  • Exposure to semantic search, chatbot development, and AI assistants


Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Clear communicator with the ability to present complex AI topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Agile mindset; comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Collaborative and proactive attitude in cross-functional teams


Certifications (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate
