BI Data Analyst

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a BI Data Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Participate in project team meetings to align on data needs and objectives.
• Identify suitable data analytics and AI solutions to address specific business challenges.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to assess and validate data quality and relevance.
• Apply advanced data analysis techniques to extract meaningful, actionable insights.
• Contribute to the enhancement of data infrastructure, supporting the adoption of modern Data, AI, and BI technologies.
• Summarize and communicate data insights effectively to audiences with varying technical backgrounds and levels of seniority.
• Design and develop interactive BI dashboards, reports, and other data visualization products.
• Produce clear and concise technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, end users, and project leaders throughout the data lifecycle.

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in IT or related field with minimum 13 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree with minimum 17 years of relevant experience).
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in creating BI reports using SAP BI and QlikSense.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in using Python for data analytics tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of data warehouse and data lake design principles and architecture.
• Deep familiarity with AI libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Solid theoretical understanding of modern artificial intelligence methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to fast-evolving technologies in the Data, AI, and Business Intelligence space.
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (B2).
