Data Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to join our team in Ghent, Belgium. This role focuses on managing, organizing, and analyzing data to ensure smooth operations and informed decision-making. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to maintain the accuracy and security of data systems, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Organize data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend process enhancements to improve data quality and system performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, Data Science, Statistics or Applied Mathematics or a related field.
• Interest in data analysis role
• Proficiency in Python and Excel is essential.
• Fluency in both Dutch and French is mandatory.
