This job will be in our Product team, which is creating a next generation payments processing system for our customers. The team consists of developers from a variety of backgrounds who are primarily “hands on keyboard”, working on Azure cloud and whose primary product is a set of robust RESTful APIs. The team has a hybrid approach, and a modern, green field tech stack built on Azure.

As a Senior Backend .Net Developer you will join an open and collaborative community with highly skilled colleagues. You will work within the green field, Azure based, next-generation payment processing system at Nets. This is a specific problem space critical to the current needs of Nets where you will design, develop, and deploy backend services with a focus on scalability, high availability, and low latency.

Your key tasks and responsibilities are:

• Collaborate and grow in an innovative and autonomous environment while working in small, agile and cross functional teams
• Use the latest technologies to solve real problems for our customers at a massive scale
• Be part of a team that will take full operational responsibility for the services that you own, and take part in an on-call rotation
• Share your knowledge and build creative solutions while enabling the team to evolve best practices
  
  

Qualifications

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets.

What we believe you will need:

• Minimum of 4 years of development experience in agile product-based teams
• Experience in building RESTful APIs with ASP.NET
  
  

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with Azure cloud as well as building cloud-native and containerized application on Kubernetes
• Experience using NoSQL (Azure CosmosDB or MongoDB)
• Experience with Azure Pipelines and some infrastructure as code (IaC) tool such as Pulumi or Terraform
