Incyte Biosciences France is looking for an Onco-Hematology Product Manager based in Boulogne-Billancourt on a permanent contract.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the F/M Product Manager is responsible for implementing the marketing strategy in order to develop the turnover of the products for which he/she is responsible. The product portfolio includes 2 products already on the market and 2 upcoming products that need to be prepared for launch. He/She will work in compliance with the company's rules and the ethical and pharmaceutical rules (Public Health Code, Medical Visit Charter, Incyte Biosciences France's Quality Commitment, Recommendations from the Competent Authorities).
Marketing Strategy
Duties and Responsibilities
- Participates in the development of the product's marketing strategy (planning, budgeting, product development plan),
- Manage the budget
- Coordinates and presents Brand Plans to internal contacts
- Defines the multichannel marketing mix including a strong digital dimension
- Implements the marketing strategy and communication around the product (press, direct marketing, organization of congresses, symposiums, digital),
- Declines and adapts marketing campaigns according to the defined target and the key moments,
- Integrates and implements digital actions in the implementation of marketing campaigns,
- Is a source of proposals for the development of the activity and the department,
- Leads sales seminars and presents product promotion campaigns to sales teams,
- Manages the budget of the product at his own expense,
- Develops documents, tools and promotional materials in compliance with regulatory and legal constraints; and monitoring of the traceability of internal approvals, in particular with regard to the Pharmacist in Charge,
- Trains and informs the sales teams,
- Selects, validates and manages suppliers or subcontractors (calls for tenders, negotiation, drafting of specifications, etc.).
- Tracks and analyzes product sales against goals,
- Analysis of the results of the actions carried out,
- Implements the company's quality policy and in particular the Quality Commitment of Incyte Biosciences France,
- Sets up satisfaction and feedback surveys for marketing campaigns,
- Monitors the competitive intelligence of the market and competition,
- Analysis of potential markets.
- Dynamic and proactive personality,
- Scientific and Business Degree,
- Experience in the sales and/or promotion of pharmaceutical products - preferably in onco-haematology,
- Proven professional success and the ability to carry out many different projects/assignments (high learning capacity),
- A strong appetite and demonstrated skills in the implementation of digital projects,
- Perfect understanding of written scientific English,
- Ability to work in a team,
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
