Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join a dynamic, commercially focused data and analytics team. This role is central to delivering impactful reporting solutions, driving insights through data modeling, and supporting internal and client-facing operations with clear, effective visualizations.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Define and implement metrics and data models to support commercial reporting.
2. Design and maintain compelling dashboards and visualizations to facilitate decision-making.
3. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance.
4. Build tailored reporting solutions, including requirements gathering, scoping, development, and delivery.
5. Automate manual tasks to enhance process efficiency and contribute to team best practices.
6. Collaborate on scalable data architecture that aligns with evolving business needs.

Qualifications & Experience required:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2. 6–10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics.
3. Experience with key Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib/seaborn, and familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
4. Expertise in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
5. Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts to enhance predictive modeling.
6. Strong foundation in data science workflows including EDA, data cleaning, feature engineering, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
