Business Analyst SAP FI-CO (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Your future team

We are seeking a SAP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our SAP ECC and Concur systems by managing tickets, overseeing enhancement projects, coordinating testing with users, and handling release management and planning.

Your next challenge

• Ticketing Support: Manage and resolve tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions to user issues.
• Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for system improvements and optimizations in line with business needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technical team members and ABAP developers to ensure seamless integration and support of the SAP systems.
• Release Management: Plan and execute system release management activities, including scheduling, monitoring, and communication with stakeholders.
• User Testing Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate user testing to ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements and updates.
• Enhancement Management: Oversee the identification, planning, and implementation of system enhancements to improve internal processes.
  
  

Your Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities like FI-CO BP PS or SD/MM
• Experience with ticketing systems and managing system enhancements.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Understanding of ABAP development is an asset
