Laine Neural Network SA is a LegalTech company developing an international terminal that automates legal drafting through generative AI and machine learning, aimed at connecting end-users with licensed lawyers.

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our innovative team. You will play a key role in developing and deploying AI-powered solutions, with a focus on leveraging Large Language Models to automate and enhance our core processes. You will be instrumental in building and scaling our AI capabilities, particularly in streamlining the addition of new functionalities and improving overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement multi-agent LLM workflows to automate complex tasks.
Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to optimize the performance and accuracy of LLM-based applications.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Flask to integrate AI solutions with other systems.
Take ownership of the process to enable the addition of new contract subcategories by connecting various system components through AI-driven automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical AI solutions.
Develop and maintain robust and scalable AI applications.
Contribute to the research and evaluation of new AI technologies and methodologies.
Work with databases using SQL / Cosmos DB to manage and analyze data relevant to AI models.
Deploy and manage applications on Azure, utilizing services like Container Apps and Cosmos DB.
Leverage any affinity with legal work to better understand and address relevant automation opportunities.
Document technical designs, implementations, and testing procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience as an AI Engineer or a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Hands-on experience developing and deploying multi-agent LLM workflows.
Solid understanding and practical experience with prompt engineering.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs using Flask.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge in CrewAi, Langchain, ReAct Agent and other LLM Frameworks

Skills:

Experience coding application using Python
Experience in Prompt Engineering
Experience with SQL and CosmoDB database management.
Experience with Azure cloud platform and services (Container Apps, Cosmos DB).
Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
Knowledge of other relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
An interest or understanding of legal processes and terminology.
