About Our Customer

Founded in the Netherlands 180+ years ago, the company operates in over 150 countries. The customer is a global leader in information services for health, tax and accounting, risk and compliance, finance, and legal sectors.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • A strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience with complex SaaS platforms, responsive design, and interactive prototypes
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and others
  • Proven experience in building and managing complex design system solutions
  • Expertise in wireframing and prototyping using tools like InVision, Balsamiq, and similar collaborative platforms
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI processes
  • Knowledge of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and accessibility best practices

Nice to Have

  • Expertise in AI-driven solutions
  • Experience working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Banking & FinTech, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Healthcare & MedTech

English level

Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities

  • Work on conducting productive design
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other contributors
  • Create and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and design specs
  • Execute visual design from concept to final hand-off
  • Present and defend design decisions
  • Conduct user and stakeholder interviews
  • Perform research to gain insights and validate strategies
  • Follow Jobs to be Done framework
  • Work with Kanban methodology
  • Establish and promote design best practices
