About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across multiple environments using GitOps principles. You will work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud resources, and ensure smooth deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD workflows and deployment strategies using modern GitOps tooling
• Maintain and scale infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, with a focus on high availability and performance
• Create and manage Kubernetes clusters for development, staging, and production environments
• Support containerized workloads using Helm charts and ArgoCD for application lifecycle management
• Manage and secure container registries, build pipelines, and deployment workflows
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting stacks to ensure system reliability and observability
• Implement access control and authentication mechanisms across cloud environments
• Support development teams with tools and environments to ensure smooth and repeatable delivery
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement processes
• Collaborate on best practices for DevOps, automation, and cloud security

Must-Have Skills/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering role
• Hands-on experience working with at least one major cloud provider (Azure required; AWS preferred)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and implementation in cloud-native environments
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
• Practical experience managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments
• Solid scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate tasks and manage workflows
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and automation around pull requests and environment promotion
• Experience working with messaging systems such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
• Familiarity with both cloud-native and traditional databases, such as Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar
• Experience integrating or managing identity providers such as Azure Active Directory B2C
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack
• Exposure to configuration management and secret management best practices
• Understanding of role-based access controls (RBAC) and identity models in cloud environments

Good to have Skills

• Experience with multi-cloud environments or cloud-to-cloud migration projects
• Background in Git PaaS migrations (e.g., from GitHub to Azure Repos or GitLab)
• Knowledge of ArgoCD, Kargo, or similar GitOps tools
• Familiarity with Helm chart templating and application set deployments at scale
• Experience working in regulated environments and following compliance standards

Pay range and compensation package

US$ 6000 - US$ 8000 / month
