The Role

We’re looking for a Middle Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to launch and scale new products from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and product thinking — you’ll be working not only with digital solutions, but also with offline processes beyond our core system.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Conduct customer development interviews and identify user needs

🔹 Define product hypotheses and success metrics

🔹 Design and launch offline-first products, including operational processes outside the IT system

🔹 Collaborate with external partners: suppliers, platforms, and dealers

What You Bring

✅ 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in startups, fintech, or operationally complex environments

✅ Strong entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership, move fast, and build from zero

✅ A well-established network in the UAE business ecosystem

✅ Experience launching new products or business lines, especially in early-stage or ambiguous settings

✅ Solid skills in customer development (custdev), market research, and hypothesis-driven experimentation

✅ Strong stakeholder management skills — experience working with external partners (e.g. suppliers, platforms, vendors)

✅ Bachelor’s degree

✅ Currently based in the UAE

✅ Fluency in English
