Business Manager Trainee – WBU

Join the Wealth Business Unit to support product and strategy initiatives. Ideal for individuals with an exchange background and platform-thinking mindset.

Basic Requirements:

• Self-driven and highly proactive
• Understanding of trading platforms, exchanges, or DeFi
• Strong analytical thinking and communication
• Passionate about user behavior and platform growth

Daily Work Scope:

• Conduct market/competitor analysis and internal research
• Support user segmentation and feature rollout
• Track product and business metrics
• Coordinate across product, ops, and data teams
• Prepare strategy reviews and internal updates
