Overview:
Our client is seeking a PHP Lead Developer/Architect with 10+ years of experience to design and lead development of scalable, secure applications in the environmental commodities space. This role combines hands-on coding, architectural leadership, and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop PHP applications (Laravel 10.x, CodeIgniter 4.x)
- Lead requirement analysis and translate into technical designs
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Mentor development team and foster best practices
- Ensure performance, security, and compliance
- Collaborate across teams and stay updated on tech trends
Requirements:
- 10+ years in PHP development; 3+ years in architecture
- Strong in Laravel, CodeIgniter, HTML/CSS/JS/jQuery
- Experience with MySQL, REST APIs, AWS, Docker/Kubernetes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have:
- Agile/Scrum, DevOps/CI-CD, Microservices experience
