UI UX Designer

Programmers.io is currently looking for an UI UX Designer

(Hybrid Role in DALLAS,TX) 2 Days Onsite and 3 Days Remote

Contract Role open for C2C Only (Only US Citizens and Green Card Holders)

JD-

• 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with significant experience designing for enterprise-level software and working directly with business clients.
• Deep expertise in at least one established UI/UX design system (e.g., Material Design, Fluent Design System, Human Interface Guidelines, Atlassian Design System, IBM Carbon, etc.). Please specify in your application which system(s) you possess deep expertise in.
• Advanced proficiency in at least two popular UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Penpot, Framer, InVision, Marvel). Please specify which tools you are highly proficient in.
• Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, accessibility guidelines (WCAG), and interaction design best practices, with a strong understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in enterprise software design.
