Airswift is seeking for HEAD PROJECT ENGINEERING to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry with at least five years demonstrated as Project Engineering Management on EPCI Projects involving leadership skills, management of contractor and vendor engineering team and challenging project delivery schedule.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Provide project management support, execution and technical assistance to the Project Manager by ensuring flawless coordination and communication within the leadership team and Manage project internal interfaces between disciplines and scope of work
• Providing full support to the Project Manager, including delegation of tasks and actions.
• Ensure full implementation of the Project requirements and control of project deliverables in terms of engineering, HSE, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Project Schedule; verify compliance to the applicable regulations and Company internal Procedures.
• Transverse coordination between the project disciplines including Business, HSE, Quality, Interface and Planning team.
• Responsible to develop, maintain and regularly update the project risk register.
• Anticipate all risks and issues identified on project schedule, initiate appropriate preventive and corrective actions and Stuard the resolution in close collaboration with EPC Contractor and Project team.
• Responsible to action and close out resolutions identified for risks; regular reporting and meetings to be organized in close collaboration with the LP Coordinator, Business Manager, Business & Control Manager and Project Manager.
• Manage the implementation of lessons learned from previous project into execution phase including feedback from the operation team. Capture and report project lessons learned.
