Job Description
- Extensive experience in static integrity management for equipment like pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and pipelines.
- Proven experience in creating a static integrity management framework that aligns with industry standards and regulations.
- Strong background in Fitness-for-Service (FFS) assessments to evaluate the structural integrity and remaining life of static assets.
- Expertise in Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies to prioritize and optimize inspection intervals based on asset condition and risk.
- Proficient in interval determination and developing inspection plans that ensure compliance with static integrity standards and maximize asset longevity.
- Knowledge and experience with API 510, ASME codes, and other relevant industry standards for static equipment integrity.
- Bachelor's in mechanical engineering
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Static integrity management for equipment like pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and pipelines.
