Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + React)

SoftPeak is looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Laravel + React) with a deep expertise in designing scalable software solutions, and ensuring successful project execution.

Requirements:

• 5+ years commercial experience with PHP (Laravel)
• 3+ years commercial experience with React
• Strong skills in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), including schema design and query optimization
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and implementing secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT), role-based access control, and multi-tenant systems
• Integration with external APIs and services (payments, calendar, conferencing, cloud storage, etc.)
• Experience monitoring and optimizing production systems for scalability and uptime (cloud and on-premise)
• English level B2 or higher (spoken and written), able to communicate clearly with international teams

Nice to have:

1. Experience supporting on-premise deployments and private cloud environment
2. Mobile API integration (Flutter)
3. Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
4. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SaaS licensing
5. Experience in EdTech, event management, or learning management systems

Responsibilities:

1. Develop backend features (Laravel) and frontend interfaces (using React) for web and mobile clients
2. Build, maintain, and document RESTful APIs supporting high-volume usage, multi-tenancy, and third-party integrations
3. Implement and maintain secure authentication, authorization, and audit logging features
4. Integrate and manage external APIs (payment gateways, conferencing, calendar, storage)
5. Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability for both SaaS and on-premise clients
6. Collaborate in Agile teams, participate in architecture and code reviews, and contribute to technical documentation
