Product Manager - Supply Chain & eCommerce

Urgent requirement for a Product Manager to join a leading customer based in Paris to work on the perimeters of the delivery & warehouse journey within an eCommerce environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Identification of business needs and the larger business objectives within your product, especially within the context of an elevation of customer packaging and premium delivery experience, ambitious Omnichannel roadmap and a carrier localization strategy
  • Setting of product strategy in collaboration with your manager, positioning of product in collaboration with adjacent teams and fully owning the product vision
  • Analysing the features of your product in collaboration with system architects and epic owner input, contributing to the analysis of other product managers’ features if necessary
  • Prioritizing product features and evolutions to co-design the roadmap with your manager
  • Oversight, steering and if necessary, intervening in the run activities
  • Understanding the considerations and constraints of both internal and external stakeholders to find lean approaches with quick time to market
  • Regular reporting to program management as well as international markets regarding your product’s achievements and roadmap
  • Regular conducting of competitive benchmarking as well as daily monitoring of your product’s core KPIs
  • Advocating, managing, and controlling the funding, product staffing and capacity of the product team in close collaboration with manager and IT leadership


Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience within the Supply Chain space working in eCommerce environments.
  • Innovation driven and customer-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of eCommerce processes including order lifecycle processes, shipping and delivery management
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to facilitate complex stakeholder negotiations
  • Knowledge of agility@scale framework is a plus
  • Adaptability to changes within a large organization
  • Assertiveness and solution orientation while delivering projects
  • Ability to moderate and steer large meetings and presentations to management with clear agenda and outcomes in mind
  • Willingness to innovate, change and adapt approaches
  • Understanding of customer data needs is a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken English & French skills
  • Experience with transport management systems, warehouse management systems, B2C cross-border solutions, track & trace systems is a nice to have
