Lead Go Language Developer

We are seeking a passionate Lead Go Language Developer to join our dynamic team dedicated to building a sustainability platform that enhances environmental stewardship across enterprises.

In this role, you will drive the development of powerful tools that enable clients to track, measure, and optimize their sustainability efforts, leveraging your expertise in backend development to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend solutions using Go and Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features
• Ensure code quality through best practices and code reviews
• Design and maintain containerized applications using Docker
• Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments
• Create automation scripts using Bash or other scripting languages
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and reliability
• Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making processes
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their growth
• Maintain documentation for code and system architecture
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in backend development with Go and Python
• Proven leadership experience with a focus on team collaboration
• Background in software development projects related to sustainability
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration
• Capability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level
