Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the bank's digital banking website using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Oversee the technical construct of AEM, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Work extensively with AEM on Cloud, managing deployments, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and manage experience fragments, templates, and components within AEM.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure seamless content publishing and updates.
• Ensure website compliance with industry standards and best practices in HTML, CSS, and web accessibility.
• Work closely with the development team to integrate React or Angular components as needed.
• Monitor website analytics and performance, providing regular reports and insights to product stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web technologies and digital banking.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong understanding of AEM's technical construct and architecture.
• Proven experience working with AEM on Cloud.
• Proficiency in experience fragments, templates, and other AEM terminologies.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web publishing standards.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or related technologies.
