Java API Developer

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java (Spring Boot).

• Develop CRUD functionalities and business logic for customer data management.

• Collaborate with solution architects, DevOps, and front-end developers for seamless integration.

• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of APIs through scalable designs.

• Write unit, integration, and API tests using JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test.

• Handle API documentation with Swagger/OpenAPI.

• Follow best practices for clean code, error handling, and secure coding.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.

• Proficient in JPA/Hibernate with hands-on SQL experience (PostgreSQL preferred).

• Solid understanding of HTTP, JSON, DTO mapping, exception handling, and logging.

• Familiar with Git, Maven, Postman, and Agile development.

• Experience with JWT authentication and Spring Security is a plus.

• Strong testing mindset with exposure to CI/CD and code reviews.
