The Role

As a Product Manager at Coviu, you will lead one of our product lines, driving its growth and ensuring it aligns with our overarching business objectives. Your role will focus on deeply understanding customer needs, leveraging data, and guiding the development of impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with key business outcomes, balancing short-term gains with long-term vision.
• Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering to continuously review and refine the product backlog. Facilitate open communication to ensure alignment and clarity across teams.
• Conduct market research and user interviews, and leverage customer feedback to inform product decisions. Focus on understanding customer pain points and designing solutions that meet real-world needs, putting the user at the centre of the product development process.
• Test both qualitative and quantitative hypotheses quickly to validate assumptions, iterate rapidly, and drive product improvements that help grow the business. Constantly seek out and implement ways to optimise the product experience.
• Formulate data-driven hypotheses on the potential impact of product initiatives. Collaborate with Engineering to size the required effort and prioritise projects based on expected customer and business outcomes.
• Champion and communicate your squad’s amazing product experiences both internally and externally. Share the impact of your team's work to inspire stakeholders and build enthusiasm for the product.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure successful launches, adoption, and smooth user experiences for new features and products.
• Post-launch, closely monitor product performance, gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, and iterate to maximise product impact and value to customers.
• Be ready to take on other product management tasks as required to drive success.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Significant product management experience in Agile environments, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing vendors.
• Deep understanding of human-centred design principles, with the ability to translate customer insights into practical, user-friendly product solutions.
• Proficient in product management tools (e.g., Product Board, Miro, Figma, Jira, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Full Story, Confluence) and experience with wireframing, prototyping, and testing tools.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using BI tools and data to generate actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in testing hypotheses quickly and iterating for growth.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS/PaaS environments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a balance of technical and non-technical approaches.
• Integrity, authenticity, and strong communication skills, ensuring that complex ideas are conveyed simply and clearly.
• Positive energy, team spirit, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with humour and resilience.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in product management within the healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services, data analytics, and reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with databases, SQL, and analysing large datasets.
