Job Description

Join a new, data-focused startup within Shift! We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who’s excited to be part of our team from the ground up. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with us to shape the product, define its direction, and turn ideas into impactful, working solutions. We’re seeking someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative, and is driven by results. If you're passionate about solving real-world problems and building something meaningful from scratch, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the product roadmap and product P&Ls.
• Collaborate with commercial and engineering teams to develop products.
• Design, prototype, develop, and test new product features and initiatives.
• Track and report on success metrics for newly launched product features.
• Provide timely updates to senior stakeholders and the board on product progress.
• Lead hiring and management of a product team.
• Set and execute product strategy and vision in alignment with business goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of incremental value delivery and agile methodologies.
