Network Infrastructure Manager

Are you a seasoned network professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic, enterprise-scale environment? We are looking for a Network Infrastructure Manager to drive innovation, performance, and security across a complex IT landscape. This is a full-time permanent position based in Vienna, Austria.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers.
• Design and manage enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, data centers).
• Define and enforce network standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor and optimize network performance and uptime.
• Manage vendor relationships and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation and report to senior leadership.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in network engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong AWS networking experience (VPC, TGW, GWLB, ALB).
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs.
• Hands-on with Cisco Meraki and network security tools.
• Proficiency in tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds.
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP) preferred.
• Fluent in German and English.
