Business Analyst

Fujitsu is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a prestigious project within the European Institutions.

🛠️ Technical & Functional Skills

• Process mapping and improvement using BPMN, UML, ARIS
• Clear and structured documentation of technical and business requirements
• Business continuity planning and Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
• Data analysis and performance tracking (KPIs, SLAs, dashboards)
• Strong knowledge (or high willingness to learn) of Moodle architecture and database
• Ability to analyze and document undocumented or legacy systems
• Tools: Atlassian JIRA & Confluence, Power BI, MySQL, PHP , AWS

📌 Expertise

• Very good knowledge of Moodle architecture, functionality, and database structure (or a strong willingness to learn)
• Experience in e-learning context, preferably Moodle
• Experience in stakeholder management in a multi-stakeholder international environment
• Experience with modelling using the BPMN, ARIS (or other similar) tools
• Experience in business analyst role in large-scale IT software application development projects

🎓 Certifications & Knowledge

• Agile methodology certification (Scrum or equivalent)
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP or equivalent) — highly valued
• Experience with service level or success management of IT solutions
• Exposure to risk assessment and IT control implementation
