Product Manager

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of our mobile games portfolio. If you're someone who knows how to craft solid product strategies and build roadmaps that actually lead somewhere, this could be your kind of role.

You'll be a driving force behind some big decisions, helping steer our games in the right direction with a great balance between business impact and awesome user experiences. We’re already reaching millions of players around the world, and your work will help us reach even more while keeping them engaged and coming back for more.

What you’ll be doing:

• Shape the vision: Own the product roadmap and work closely with producers to make sure everything we build aligns with our long-term goals.
• Lead the vibe: Help teams stay motivated and connected, creating a collaborative space where great ideas thrive.
• Use data to decide: Set KPIs, track performance, and dig into the numbers to figure out what’s working (and what’s not).
• Grow the business: Improve how we bring in players, keep them around, and monetize – especially in free-to-play (F2P) games with in-app purchases.
• Think big picture: Build strong business cases for new features and updates, and push forward projects that really make a difference.
• Stay sharp: Keep tabs on what other games are doing, spot trends, and find new opportunities to help us stand out.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in F2P mobile games.
• A team player who’s great at communicating and bringing people together around a shared goal – even without formal authority.
• Strategic thinker with a solid grip on metrics, player behavior, funnels, A/B testing, and Excel.
• Someone who takes initiative and keeps things moving, even when things get hectic.
• Open-minded and collaborative – you know how to build alignment and keep things transparent.
• Bonus points if you know the U.S. mobile gaming market well.
