As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR operations and supporting our skilled team of 100 employees in Germany.

As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our HR operations and supporting our skilled team of 100 employees in Germany.
- Addressing employee relations (ER) issues promptly and efficiently, fostering a positive work environment
- Managing various HR country administration topics, keeping operations smooth and organized
- Taking charge of creating, reviewing and updating local HR policies
- Leading recruiting activities through active sourcing, attracting top talent to our team
- Organizing and preparing employer branding activities like career fairs, showcasing our company as an employer of choice
- Overseeing the administration of local benefits programs and policies to ensure employees receive the best support
- Handling contract management, including employment contracts, addendums and partial retirement agreements
- Serving as the data protection contact for HR-related topics, working closely with the external Data Protection Officer
- Supporting HR projects with a focus on Germany as well as providing assistance to HR topics to France, ensuring consistency and support across regions
- Experience in HR administration as well as a strong understanding of German labor laws and HR practices
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with HR software solutions and MS Office applications, ideally experience in Workday (but not a Must!)
- Excellent communication skills and fluent language skills in German and English
