🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Technical Support Engineer (AI), you'll be the trusted expert customers turn to when their systems get cranky. You’ll troubleshoot the tricky stuff, explain the tough stuff, and use your technical wizardry to solve problems that don’t have a manual (yet). All while helping our team rethink how AI can supercharge technical support.

You’ll also:

• Tame wild bugs and unravel complex tech issues with empathy and precision.
• Communicate with clarity — whether you're speaking with a customer or explaining root causes to an internal team.
• Bring your deep JavaScript chops (and scripting wizardry) to every problem-solving party.
• Work with tools like MySQL, Splunk, and ServiceNow like they're extensions of your own mind.
• Think like a product engineer, but care like a customer champion.
• Pioneer new workflows and ideas using AI, automation, and clever integrations.

🔧 The Tools You Bring:

• Advanced JavaScript and strong knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell, etc.)
• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
• Hands-on with ITSM/ITIL frameworks and CMDBs
• Splunk tools — not mandatory, but a definite plus
• A history of customer-facing support and a passion for solving real-world issues
