The Role:

SCRI-IS has experienced exponential growth since our early beginnings 6 years ago, and we are now taking our next steps into digital transformation, aiming at creating new innovative full stack technology solutions for our customers. With this extended mission, we are looking to onboard (you) a Full Stack Engineer to become a foundational member of the new digital transformation team. You will report directly to the CTO, collaborating with other founding members of different engineering and scientific skillsets to create next gen sensing, data acquisition and analysis products and services. It is an exciting adventure, and we hope you are ready to join us.

Qualifications & Experience:

·       Computer science, software engineering, or equivalent degree from an accredited course and university

·       Minimum 3+ years of professional software development, working with both front and back end technologies stacks

·       Expert python developer, with a strong working knowledge of Django framework

·       Working knowledge of supporting HTML and JS

·       Comfortable with Windows and Linux OS, building and deploying software containers, integrating and managing databases (e.g. Postgres, MS, SQL server)

·       Experience with software development best practices for the full engineering lifecycle (Github, JIRA, etc.)

·       Experience with a cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google)

·       Experience with networking and security (Https, DNS, Proxy, etc.)

·       Have led a successful commercial software development project from end to end

·       Ability to easily travel in the EU for conferences and trades shows

·       Fluency in English

·       Full Ireland working permit
