We’re seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to join our EU 3P Selection team. This role is a unique opportunity to define and drive high-impact initiatives that grow our selection, enhance the seller experience, and improve product discoverability across Amazon’s European marketplaces.

Key job responsibilities
Third-Party Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s vision to offer the Earth’s largest selection at lowest prices and fastest delivery speed. These Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique products providing a broad and diverse inventory of products. Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) enables Sellers to provide fast and efficient delivery to their Customers using Amazon fulfillment services. Sellers now make up the majority of the business on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
- Strategy & Vision: Define and drive long-term strategies to expand 3P selection, improve discoverability, and elevate the seller and customer experience across EU marketplaces.
- Product Leadership: Own and manage product roadmaps end-to-end—from ideation to execution. Balance customer impact, business goals, and technical trade-offs.
- Cross-functional Influence: Lead through influence across multiple global teams including tech, seller experiences, retail, and account management.
- Customer & Seller experience: Deeply understand internal and external customer needs and translate them into scalable, actionable programs.
- Innovation at Scale: Pilot and scale new initiatives that improve EU 3P selection and drive measurable business impact.
- Data-driven Execution: Use data to make informed decisions, measure success, and continuously improve performance.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience owning and driving product roadmaps, including strategy and execution.
- Proven success delivering end-to-end products or programs in complex environments.
- Experience working with engineering teams to define, build, and launch scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and business judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Proficiency in SQL/Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with technical systems and product development lifecycle.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or similar fast-paced digital environments.
