What you will do:
- Collect and understand client data-related business and technical requirements
- Design, implement and test tailored solutions that meet their needs
- Prepare and deliver high-quality deliverables
- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and experimenting with new methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and translate them into technical deliverables
- Analyze data to extract insights and present findings effectively
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients and internal teams concerning AI and data topics and strategies

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Financial Services or data-related roles; consulting experience is a plus
- Hold a Master’s degree in Business Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics or IT
- Proactive, detail-oriented with a client-focused mindset
- Bridge the gap between IT and business units; translate technical insights clearly
- Have a proven experience in:
- Data management: knowledge of data, master data and metadata related standards, processes and technologies
- Data engineering: design and develop ETL/ELT/ETLTs, use of traditional Relational Database Management Systems (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle) and / or NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
- Data science: knowledge of Python or R, statistical and analytical modelling techniques including (eg: deep learning, linear & logistic regression, Neural Networks, LLMs, GANs)
- Data visualization: Design and develop impactful dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview
- Knowledge or certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Services or Nvidia would be a plus
- Strong problem solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Fluency in English. French, German and / or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
