Your role 💼

We are looking for a Business Analyst with solid experience in Agile environments to join our team in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and capable of bridging the gap between business and technical teams, with excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Participate in business workshops and meetings, collecting and refining business needs
• Translate analysis outcomes into clear, concise documentation, adapting format and language to the audience
• Contribute to the design of functional solutions through mock-ups, prototypes, and user journey documentation
• Draft detailed functional specifications for the development team
• Collaborate with QA teams to test and validate new features prior to deployment
• Support the definition and tracking of KPIs relevant to the project or process
• Provide Level 2 support for tools and applications, including admin interventions, end-user support, and technical liaison activities

Requirements 💡

• At least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) environments
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and other BAs effectively
• Strong communication and synthesis skills, including experience writing various forms of documentation
• Capacity to bridge the business-technical gap, understanding both languages and priorities
• Organized, structured, and transparent working style
• Experience with Agile modeling and facilitation techniques, such as:
• Customer Journey Mapping
• Event Storming
• Writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Proficiency with tools such as:
• Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, SQL, Microsoft Office
• Nice to have: Knowledge of life insurance products in Luxembourg: Unit-linked contracts; Capitalisation contracts; Dedicated and specialized insurance funds
• Nice to have: familiarity with internal development technologies: C#, Angular, MS SQL Server and Experience with on-premises SharePoint back-office systems
