The Role

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters to ensure smooth deployments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with developers to streamline release processes
• Enhance security, observability, and reliability across environments
• Support the ongoing evolution of DevOps practices within a product-focused team

Key Skills

• 3+ years experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, deployments)
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes (preferably in production environments)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Bicep)
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker
• Knowledge of Linux systems, shell scripting, and cloud-native tooling
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack)
• Security awareness and understanding of DevSecOps best practices

Bonus Points

• Experience in scaling DevOps in SaaS or product environments
• Exposure to no-code/low-code platforms
• Familiarity with Azure cloud architecture
• Comfortable working in a small, agile, and fast-paced team
