Product Manager

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Requirements

20+ years of experience managing large-scale IT/business transformation projects in global enterprises.
10+ years of Agile project management experience.
12+ years in senior project leadership roles
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define success metrics, critical milestones, and delivery criteria.
Collaborate closely with the external vendor of the future-state solution.
Develop and maintain key project artifacts including the charter, integrated project plan, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and communication plans.
Acquire project resources and define roles and responsibilities across all workstreams: functional, business implementation, data, architecture, integration, testing, and innovation.
Manage project operations using established methodologies aligned with AFKL and industry standards.
Lead project governance, producing timely reports and status updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Monitor and resolve high-priority project risks; drive effective decision-making across the program.
Ensure effective resource planning and budget allocation to meet evolving project needs.
Facilitate team collaboration, guiding cross-functional delivery and coaching team members on PMO best practices.
Conduct stakeholder and team meetings, tracking deliverables and ensuring accountability.
Proven track record in delivering complex legacy-replacement programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills; adept at navigating matrixed organizations.
Experience working in transportation, logistics, or airline industries is preferred.
Proficient in roadmap definition and delivering in Agile/Sprint environments.
Strong consensus-building and stakeholder management capabilities across cross-functional teams.
Ability to produce data-driven recommendations and communicate them clearly.
Airline crew management domain knowledge is a strong plus.
Leadership mindset with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
