We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fund Manager with strong experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fund operations to join our investment team in Lisbon.  Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence, market research, and R&D on Portuguese and international projects based on company strategy.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of the fund's operations in Portugal.
• Oversee daily fund operations, project screening, fundraising, and post-investment management.
• Identify and launch high-potential investment projects and write in-depth project reports.
• Collaborate with legal teams, custodians, and fund administrators in Portugal.
• Perform ongoing cryptocurrency market research and adjust investment strategies accordingly.
• Track blockchain industry trends and report risks, challenges, and project updates to company leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in the cryptocurrency industry, ideally with hands-on experience in trading or crypto sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Portuguese is a plus).
• Proven experience in fund management is required.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to drive projects from start to finish.
