You will be working on the UX/UI optimization of a variety of internal tools used by the Back Office (BO), Middle Office (MO), Legal/Compliance, Management Control, Finance, and Treasury teams, IT Teams with frontend developers.
1. Context and Objectives
Improve the design of internal tools such as:
- Market data tool
- Interest rate management tools (e.g., client interest rates)
- Margin call tracking tool
Review the user experience and propose a new, more functional design.
Implement a UX methodology to:
- Define goals with stakeholders
- Identify use cases
- Set success criteria
- Propose concrete design solutions
- Work in collaboration with developers
- promote a UX culture within the software architecture department.
2. Duration and Conditions of the Assignment
- Duration: 18 months
- Remote work: Possible after onboarding, but full on-site presence is required for the first 2 months due to the complexity of onboarding with all stakeholders and the need to build strong relationships with the teams.

- The target audience are internal operators.
- Users regularly provide feedback on the current tools.
- They will participate in deep-dive sessions to better understand their needs.
