As our new E-Commerce Specialist:

• You will create and implement a commercial project and an omnichannel communication strategy for your sports category
• You will ensure a coherent piloting and projection of digital economic activity for your sports category on decathlon.ro
• You will suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for economic growth
• You will collaborate with your counterparts in the store and you will align with the country-level strategy
• You will manage the stock level and ensure correct availability online through collaboration and coordination with the commercial team and the supply team
• You will monitor the prices of products in your sports category
• You will create and manage category pages
• You will manage and provide the correct product information on the site
• You will decide to choose the products on e-commerce channels
• You will be up to date with market trends for online activity and best eCommerce practices

Skills you need in order to succeed:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to involve and influence stakeholders at all levels by promoting collaboration and stimulating accountability.
• Team player, proactive, self-motivated, flexible and energetic, who is able to work under pressure on his own initiative to get results
• Solid problem-solving and analysis skills, with an in-depth eye for details and an emphasis on results.
• Possibility to adapt to changing priorities and to manage several projects simultaneously without exceeding deadlines
• A careful eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality digital products and services.
• Data-based mentality, with a strong emphasis on setting clear objectives that are related to revenue and regular measurement and reporting of results

Additionally to apply for this position you will need to have:

• 3 + years of experience in managing and delivering digital projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
• A good understanding of digital technologies, web development, UX / UI principles and digital marketing concepts, including SEO
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Familiarization with data analysis tools, knowledge of using Google Analytics, KPI tracking and reporting.
