🚀 Data Whisperer Needed: Must Speak Fluent SQL and Occasionally Human!

We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team of data dreamers and insight seekers. If you love turning chaos into clarity and can talk to databases better than most people, we want to meet you!

🧠 What you’ll be doing (besides decoding data hieroglyphs):

• Requirement understanding: Collaborate with fellow data whisperers to translate business needs into technical magic.
• Data elements definition: Define what data we need, how it behaves, and how it plays with others.
• Data modelling: Design data models so elegant they could hang in a museum (but we’ll settle for a dashboard).
• Implementation: Work with the Data Management team to bring your models to life. Bonus points if your SQL scripts don’t need a second draft.
• Testing and Validation: Make sure the data behaves. No rogue rows allowed.
• Documentation: Keep track of everything like a data archaeologist.
• Data quality & governance: Help us keep our data clean, secure, and well-behaved.
• Performance & Calibration: Monitor and optimize like a data pit crew.
• Transform data: Automate, streamline, and make the data dance.

🧰 What you bring to the table (besides snacks):

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience in the data trenches).
• 2+ years of experience doing the data thing.
• Fluent in SQL. Python is a plus. Speaking “business” is a bonus.
• Experience with data modeling, data warehouses, and data governance.
• Agile mindset and a “get it done” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills – you can explain complex things simply (and maybe even with a meme).
• Experience in banking or financial institutions? That’s a cherry on top.
