Senior Software Engineer

Senior Fullstack/Backend Engineer | Permanent | Hybrid | Stockholm

For our client, a SaaS company from Stockholm, we are currently looking for a Senior Fullstack/Backend Engineer who can lead technically and be a role model and/or lead others.

Your Impact

You will be the bridge between business and IT work tightly with both frontend and backend developers on APIs and core functionalities, as well as build out the backbone of the platform, which is written in Ruby on Rails

The goal is to have a well-tested and well-architected platform to build on for years to come and this role will have a large impact.

• Lead with Innovation: Design, develop, and implement improvements that will be the foundation of the platform for years to come.
• Challenge the current architecture and evolve it
• Mentor and Inspire: Guide and coach fellow developers, sharing your expertise to elevate the entire team’s skills and best practices.
• Drive Quality: Ensure that the platform is not only well-tested and stable but also ready to support ambitious growth plans.

Your contributions will have a lasting impact on the platform’s success, helping them to deliver world-class solutions to their clients.

What you need

• +5 yrs Software Engineering experience on diffrent Stacks
• Interest to work with Ruby On Rails and other languages in the future
• Exp. maintaining and improving upon large code bases
• Exp. working with / writing test suites
• Experience with Postgres and optimizing it
