About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with our development teams to continuously enhance our systems using new technologies. You will also be responsible for ensuring system stability and high availability, as well as administering and automating large-scale systems.


You will also contribute by:

  • Planning capacity and maintaining our systems
  • Administering and automating large-scale systems
  • Operating and maintaining our website and apps


You will be part of our newly formed AppOps team within the Platform Operations area, working alongside six skilled colleagues who together manage our system operations. Today, our team works with technologies such as Python, Puppet, Ansible, and Terraform. We continuously explore new modern technologies to help us build an even better bank.


Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who thrives in a solution-oriented role with an analytical mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You are communicative and enjoy the challenge of making our solutions more efficient. Curiosity drives you, and creativity inspires you.


To succeed in this role, we believe you have previous experience working in complex Linux environments and are skilled at finding sustainable solutions while effectively communicating within the organization.


We believe you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in a virtualized Linux environment
  • Experience in operations and infrastructure management
  • Experience with Puppet, Ansible, or Terraform
  • Experience working with Kubernetes in cloud platforms
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written


Additionally, we believe you have a strong team spirit and the ability to create a safe and positive work environment. You thrive in a company culture that fosters innovation and collaboration, where you can be part of shaping our future.

It is a plus if you have experience with monitoring systems, automation, databases, and Python programming.
