In this role, you'll be a key player in crafting an exceptional workplace experience for thousands of our colleagues. You will work closely with a team of wellness specialists, architects, project managers, and workplace service experts.

Purpose of the Role
To champion the employee workplace experience in our offices by representing the needs of our 5000+ colleagues. This role ensures our office environments support wellbeing, productivity and a strong company culture by actively listening to employees, translating needs into actions, and driving continuous improvements in how our workplace supports our way of working and good habits.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the voice of the employee in all matters related to the office and workplace experience.
- Lead and coordinate workplace development initiatives, including new workplace features, pilot program initiatives, test and evaluate innovative methods, equipment and behaviour change campaigns.
- Own the implementation of workplace strategies such as Activity-Based Working and "Good Habits" programs. Including how to communicate and reach out with information internally.
- Work closely with architects and designers to develop future-proof floorplans, interior concepts, and work settings.
- Manage internal change journeys, including communication, onboarding, and training during office transformations.
- Run employee insight activities, e.g., surveys, interviews, feedback loops, and translate results into action plans.
- Lead office-related projects, such as rebuilds, relocations, or new ways of working.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, Communication, and other departments to ensure seamless workplace experiences.
- Ensure the workplace aligns with company culture, values, and strategic objectives.

Key Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Skilled in change management and service delivery
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate vision into actions
- Data-driven and insight-led approach
- Understanding of modern workplace strategies (ABW, hybrid work, etc.)
- Collaborative, inclusive, and employee-first mindset
- Degree in Workplace Strategy, Organizational Development, Facility/Real Estate Management, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in a workplace experience, tenant representation, or change management role
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with office design, employee engagement, or service development is a plus
