About The Role

As a Data Management Specialist for Data Office & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of our data assets. About The Role

As a Data Management Specialist for Data Office & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of our data assets. Your expertise will help us make decisions and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
The Role Will Include But Is Not Limited To
- Driving the implementation of the Data Management responsibilities.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders from all areas of SEB Life & Pension to drive the data quality agenda and working hands on to ensure it’s an important part of processes, products and mindsets.
- Secure that the data landscape is properly defined with relevant terms including metadata classification, anchor with key stakeholders and in relevant forums.
- Supporting downstream data consumers and other stakeholders with expertise of the data.
- Collaborating with other Data Management Specialists in order to gain cross insights from other Data Areas.
- Collaborating with architects, developers and other key stakeholders to support development initiatives and ensure synergies across use cases where data expertise is required.
- Proven experience working within a Data or IT function as a Technical Data Management Specialist/Data Analyst/Data Steward or similar type of role.
- Understanding of business processes and Insurance industry-specific data needs.
- Understanding of data classification, protection and quality.
- Familiarity with data catalogs and metadata management.
- University degree in the field of Computer Science, IT, Business administration, Engineering or equivalent.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
- Entrepreneurial Scandinavian environment
- Hybrid work model, meaning remote work is possible up to 2 days/week
