- Build internal tools and prepare dashboards for our data-driven decision-making and monitoring needs
- Collaborate with the Software Reliability Engineering team to ensure the scalability and availability of our data and ML solutions
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the performance of developed features or content recommendation algorithms, with guidance.
- Maintain high code quality standards through proper design, well-structured automated testing, and actively participating in code reviews
- Assist with the assessments of experiments and contribute to the formulation of data-informed recommendations for product development
- Strong programming skills in Python are essential.
- Deep interest in Machine Learning and/or Data, fueling an eagerness to learn and contribute to impactful projects.
- A foundational understanding or keen interest in algorithms and data structures.
- A natural drive to explore complex problems and a knack for problem-solving, enjoying tackling challenges, and finding creative solutions is valued.
- Potential and talent are showcased through academic achievements, personal projects, or any prior relevant experiences.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for learning about and contributing to data-driven product development.
- A basic understanding of software development principles and a desire to learn best practices for building scalable solutions
- Experience with version control like Git
- Familiarity with basic statistical concepts
- Any exposure to data processing or database technologies (even from coursework)
