We are looking for a diligent Data Analyst with 5 years' of FMCG/Retail experience to align with the external market factors, trends and research that will impact business decisions of the company as well as maintain salesforce to ensure our sales effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Prepare sales performance monitoring reports brand wise, sales person wise, category wise and SKU wise.
• Analyze business growth, trends, revenues and receivables to project revenues and growth on the account of annual operations plan.
• Support process improvement initiatives and develop actionable reports as well as create dashboards for sales and market leadership.
• Oversee, administer and improve upon the existing sales commission process in support of our sales team
• Comfortable with working with pivot tables , pivot charts , Advance formula like , SUMIFS, INDEX – MATCH
• Ability to build Dashboard in Excel. 
• Assist with specific projects such as system updates and business process improvements
• Monitor Credit Control reports and service levels to avoid delinquency
• Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneously data analysis requests of varying size and scope.
• Generate Ad Hoc reporting for Sales and Marketing
• Coordinate with stores team to ensure smooth operations for sufficient stock available and ensure shortage/excess stocks are transferred within the internal divisions to avoid unnecessary expiries.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate performance to monthly and annual sales goals, quotas and forecast; provide explanations for variances to forecasts as well as placing orders in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:-

• BBA in Accounting/Bachelor of Commerce or MBA will be an added advantage
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Proficient in handling Data Analysis Tools and Programming Languages such as SQL for data querying
• 5 Years’ Experience in FMCG (Food & Beverages)
• Ability to work both independently, meet deadlines while executing on multiple deliverables in a collaborative team setting
• High level of Business Acumen and Integrity
• Retail Operations with emphasis on sales, services and logistics MIS Reporting
• Strong analytical, research and survey skills
• Advance knowledge of MS Office and ERP (Expert in Microsoft Excel & Access)
