ERP Project Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager with a strong background in the banking sector to lead end-to-end project delivery in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ERP and automation projects, with the ability to bridge technical and functional requirements. A technical (IT) background and prior experience in the UAE banking industry are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical and functional requirements for ERP and automation initiatives.
• Oversee project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions within the banking environment.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in ERP or IT automation projects.
• Prior experience in the UAE banking sector is a strong advantage.
• Technical background (IT-related) with the ability to understand complex systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
