- CRM Strategy Leadership: Design, optimize, and steer CRM workflows to enhance customer engagement, ensuring alignment with business and marketing strategies.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Lead the mapping and segmentation of customer journeys to deliver high-impact, personalized campaigns that drive growth.
- Campaign Performance: Oversee continuous monitoring, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
- Innovation Best Practices: Introduce cutting-edge CRM strategies and tools, setting new standards for campaign efficiency and success.
- Team Leadership Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of CRM Automation Specialists, guiding them through technical challenges and fostering a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and other teams to integrate CRM strategies into broader business objectives, driving cross-channel success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Leadership CRM Experience: 4-6 years in CRM management with proven success in CLV improvement, revenue growth, and team leadership.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM platforms, data architecture, scripting, and integrations, capable of troubleshooting under pressure.
- Marketing Skills: Expertise in multichannel campaigns, customer engagement strategies, and impactful marketing copywriting.
- Data-Driven Analytical: Proficient in data analytics, customer journeys, and predictive modeling, with a focus on actionable insights.
- Mindset Project Management: Proactive leadership mindset, capable of managing multiple projects independently, prioritizing effectively, and handling high-pressure situations.
