Technical Engineer- Network

Our client is a global networking service provider. They are looking for a Technical Engineer to support the sales team on the configuration and set up of networking related products.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct technical and pre-sales support on a full range of company products and network technical solutions
• Present technical proposals and presentations to clients
• Identify clients requirements and support the sales team to design product solutions aligned with client requirements
• Conduct product training to clients an handle client inquiries on technical-related issues

Job Requirements:

• 1+ years of working experience in networking with knowledge in networking products
• Comfortable with a client-facing role and capable for effectively communicate with clients regarding technical issues
• Experience in handling and troubleshooting technical issues
• Possession of CCNA/CCNP or other networking certificates is preferred
