Role - project Manager
Experience - 10 years of exp (OMAN EXP IS A MUST) in reading project drawings, plans, architectural designs etc. from a construction perspective. He may not be in Oman now, but he should have good prior exp in Oman with good network and contacts in the local area.
Exp in Hotels, residential buildings commercial buildings highly preferable.
