What You’ll Do

• Serve as Scrum Master across multiple delivery squads
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove delivery blockers
• Drive integrated planning, risk management, reporting, and program cadence
• Collaborate closely with stream leads, CIO, and business pillars to ensure successful delivery
• Support the adoption of Azure DevOps and Agile delivery excellence
• Report into senior leadership and prepare materials for executive governance forums
  
  

About You

• Proven experience leading large-scale program delivery in complex environments
• Hands-on experience with both Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Expertise across program planning, delivery leadership, and stakeholder engagement
• Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and navigating business transformation
• Familiarity with D365 or ERP environments a bonus
• Skilled in Azure DevOps, Power BI, and modern delivery toolsets
